Bidding Information

  • All updates and addenda will be added to the existing project listings. Please check for updates before bidding.
  • All businesses will be required to carry business insurance.
  • All businesses must be registered with the Secretary of State.
  • All businesses must be a vendor with the City of Wilmington (application below)
  • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
