The Lower Cape Fear Water & Sewer Authority provides a reliable and dependable surface water supply to local governments and industry within its five-county service area, maximizing cost-effectiveness through economy of scale while operating on sound fiscal and utility principles.
Membership
Members of the 14-member board are appointed for a term of three (3) years by the participating governing bodies of Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender counties, and the City of Wilmington.
Two (2) members are appointed by City Council.
