Municipal Services District Advisory Committee
On December 5, 2016, the Wilmington City Council established a Downtown Municipal Services District. A fourteen (14) seat committee was created to represent various interests throughout the MSD.
Membership
The fourteen (14) members on the board serve three (3) year staggered terms and are comprised of the following:
- Three (3) Municipal Services District (MSD) Residents
- Two (2) Large Property Owners (>$2 Million)
- One (1) Hospitality representative
- One (1) Real Estate Developer representative
- One (1) Restaurant representative
- One (1) Retail representative
- One (1) Representative from Wilmington Downtown, Inc. Board (WDI)
- One (1) Professional Services representative
- One (1) Night Life representative
- One (1) At Large Property Owner
- One (1) Representative from Downtown Business Alliance (DBA)
