If any of these specific conditions occur in the city limits after business hours or on weekends or holidays please call the New Hanover County Non-Emergency number at 910.452.6120. They will contact our on-call stormwater crews.

• Observed Road or Structural Flooding
• Sink Holes
• Missing Manhole Covers on City Streets 

All other maintenance requests should be made during normal business hours.
